Hello. Has anyone ever heard of this competition, or ever entered?

This isn't a link to the competition's actual website but it does show some comments about the competition. I found another forum discussing it too. It appears to be okay. I'm just not sure about giving passport ID or driver's licence number...
Does anyone have any experience with this one?
A quick edit to my original post: $20,000 and not £20,000
I read through the posts in a discussion forum about this competition. There were mixed feelings on it. Apparently, the passport number (or similar ID) is allocated to that entrant to ensure that the entrant doesn't submit more than two stories. I'm sure they could come up with another method.
I still haven't made up my mind. I was curious to know if anyone on the W&A site had entered before.
The aerogramme site seems very professional; the contest is a third party offering, however, so any questions should be sent to them. I have come across freelancing sites that require this kind of detailed info - I refused to fill in those boxes. If there's no entry fee and a whopping prize from a private enterprise, they have to make their money somewhere. I wouldn't provide that level of information to anyone other than a government department. It's irrelevant to the competition.
