Where is my title?

I know I'm not the only one but when a title for a book doesn't come easily to me the struggle to find a good one that fits can really get me down. My question is this... what do you do to inspire your title? I realise that everyone is different but I've been struggling with a particular one for so long that I need to try something new. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

If you find your title let me know where it was hiding and I'll fetch my own flashlight!

The novel I'm working on at the moment is on it's fourth title and I'm still not happy with it.

Agents often ask would-be authors to sum up their novel in one sentence.

The title of your book lies somewhere in that sentence.

I seriously think that if I publish a book called 'the mysteries of titles' everybody is going to buy it.

well for me creating a title is really a thing that you have to put a lot of mine, thought and consideration.

for me to title its like your resume of the book, so you want it simple but complex in the same time I don't know if you understand it. it can be the simplest thing or it can be a pain in the bum! hope i helped

best wishes
