Where is my title?

I know I'm not the only one but when a title for a book doesn't come easily to me the struggle to find a good one that fits can really get me down. My question is this... what do you do to inspire your title? I realise that everyone is different but I've been struggling with a particular one for so long that I need to try something new. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I always start with a working title. Something like: 'the second scariest story in the world' if I'm working on a ghost or horror story. Once my story has gone through three drafts I then read through to see if anything strikes me as the right title for it. If I still can't find it, I will take one word from the story - 'blood' for example - and google it to see what words link well to that one: blood lines, blood ties, cold blood, etc.
