Hi!
I am writing a child-adult fiction. I started in June and until now I have only written 3 pages. I am only 13 and I think at this age I don't have enough knowledge to write a book but I am trying my best for writing a book. I just wanted some advice from you all to guide me about writing book.
I like what you've written so far. You've got good characters and a strong plot. Your punctuation is a little wrong in places, and your English isn't perfect: but actually that adds to the voice of the child telling the story, so don't worry about it.
From what I've read, I think you could write a book; it doesn't have to be very long, but it does have to tell a story from beginning to end.
Do you know how writers learn? They write, and write, and write again; and they read, too - the kind of books they enjoy and want to write. When you read, think about how the author tells the story. Does the book start with something important? This is usually a change in the lives of the main characters, which is how your own story starts. Do those characters go on a journey of some sort - either a real one, as yours are about to do, or one in which they learn and change and become better (or worse) people? That's what books are about.
The best advice ever? Keep writing!

Firstly DON'T QUIT. Keep trying. Some stories don't always work, and it's important to recognise when something isn't working, and in those scenarios perhaps, trying writing the story from a different perspective, or perhaps try writing an outline, or even writing a new story. I'm certainly no expert, as I am an aspiring writer just like you, but don't let this put you off. Perhaps a writing group might be able to help, perhaps you can start one at school?
Keep going!!!
