Hi everyone

I need help writing a love scene for my book in progress (The Heavenly Sequence) but to be honest Im struggling a little with the wording. I want to write something that readers would find romantic and true. The scene takes place at a pond at at midnight. Thank you

My favorite part of the book. Listen to a love a love song (Hunter Hayes - Wanted) and watch a romantic movie. Something that puts you in the mood will let the words flow. In the song he says he wants to wrap up his lover and let her know she's wanted. Romantic isnt necessarly the kissing itself its touching, looking and what you feel when the person near. The pace of their heartbeat, of yours. The sparkle in their eyes. The way the light reflects on them and lastly the butterflies, the burning sensation of being touched by a love one then is ends with a kiss that make you feel complete. - sorry - carried away again. I hope it helps. Tell me if you listening to a song helps. Best Regards,

Romance is a feeling and not a thought.

Picture the scenery like a movie and step into your character's shoes. Feel the sensations of the moment in your body, the love, the passion, the kiss, the touch, the arousal... ! Loose yourself in the feeling of the moment.

Use your phone or some other recording device to audio record all your sensations. It may feel strange at first and even pornographic when you play it back, but it's a great way of capturing the moment. You can always lock yourself away when no one is home and know you can delete the recording afterwards.

You could do it from each of your character's perspectives and see what gems you come up with. Remember that women like to feel cherished and men like be needed.

Happy writing
