Hello! I’m a 3rd year illustration student looking for a writer to collaborate with for my upcoming project. I’d like to collaborate with someone who has interest in mental health issues or have already written about mental health and is seeking an illustrator! My style is varied but mostly digital. If this interests you I can send my portfolio :)
I am not a writer myself but I work as a translator and recently one of my foreign clients asked me if I could become a literary agent in the UK for her fiction book series (that I have translated to English). She cannot find an agent in the UK herself since she does not speak English.
I said I will do my research and will reply.
However, finding information about this is incredibly difficult. There is very little information out there about submitting translated books to UK publishing houses.
Hi hi everyone, My name is zoe sijia, I am a trilingual visual designer based in London. I studied for a Master of Arts in Visual Communication: Illustration at the Royal College of Art, graduating in 2023.
I’m experienced in working with self-publishers for 0-12 years children's picture book, character design, childlike, and consumer-based illustrations.
I'm working on my first graphic book. Not a novel, more of a memoir & reflection. I'd really like to make it square format, but am unsure if that might put off publishers. Does anyone have experience of getting square books accepted ?
I'm Yogesh Mahajan, a Mumbai-based children's book illustrator.
I enjoy illustrating picture books, board books, advertising illustration, packaging, game art and educational books for young children. My signature CRAYON ART STYLE is outstanding and everyone loves watching my art.
