The February Monday Write-Along

3rd February 2025 10:00am to 11:00am

Writing is a team sport

Start your week the right way with an hour of writing alongside other awesome writers to help you get going and keep going with your words.

What happens at write-along?

We all jump on Zoom, have a quick intro, then get writing. Perfect if you struggle to get going, need to some accountability, or just want to escape the solitary binds of a writerly life. This way, you can see that you’ve got a whole big writing community around you and supporting you.

Who are write-alongs for?

Everyone!

  • New or experienced writers who want some accountability or company
  • New writers or experienced writers with a project in progress that has stalled or been put aside while life takes over.
  • New or experienced writers who want to tinker with an idea, or with an idea they want to make a big start on.
  • People who want to drink tea and eat biscuits and write some words in a fun, supportive environment.
  • People writing fiction, non-fiction, academic texts, copy, journalism, poetry, creative non-fiction, genre, high brow, low brow, and anything else that needs an alphabet shuffle.
