With Christmas on the horizon, the time of year is perfect for chilling tales for cold nights – and you can mark the season with a special evening featuring Johnny Mains, one of the UK’s leading editors, anthologists and experts in the ghost story.
This online event will be celebrating the release of a new collection of lost ghost stories, ILLUSIONS OF PRESENCE, collected by Johnny Mains and published by The British Library as part of their Gilded Nightmares series. With an exciting range of stories seeing the light of day for the first time in many years, Johnny will be taking you through how the book came together, sharing one of the classic tales in the collection and then taking part in an interview to close the event.
