Submitting to Literary Journals and Anthologies

11th June 2025 12:30pm to 1:30pm, Online

Are you submitting your writing to literary journals and anthologies?

In this online masterclass, a panel of literary journal and anthology editors will explore everything you need to know about submitting your writing and giving it the greatest chance of success. Throughout this one-hour lunchtime session they will discuss how to identify the right anthologies and journals for your work, share knowledge about where to look for callouts, and cover the practicalities of submitting your work, from the importance of following submission guidelines through to making sure your writing is submission-ready. They will also talk about their own upcoming submission opportunities and what excites them in a submission.

The session will end with a brief Q&A, so come ready with your questions.

The masterclass will take place online via Teams. It will also be recorded so if you are unable to attend live, you'll be able to catch-up and access the recording for up to two weeks after the event has taken place.
