Short stories are an exciting and popular form of fiction, and an ideal starting point for writers looking to explore their voice and style for the first time! In this four-week course, we’ll be exploring all the key elements of the short story, giving you the tools you need to write your own fresh tales!
Week 1 – Intro to short stories and ‘The Hook’
Week 2 – The Twist and Experimentation
Week 3 – Pacing, Characterisation and Description
Week 4 – Getting Short Stories Published
